Factory Scale & Production Capacity

Base Layout

Our Dongguan office is located in the Southern Software Park, Songshan Lake, responsible for sales and overall operations. We operate two modern production bases in Guizhou and Sichuan respectively, ensuring efficient and stable manufacturing capacity.

Scale

We cover an office area of 8,000 square meters and a factory area of 60,000 square meters. Equipped with approximately 337 production lines and a standardized, intelligent production system, we employ around 580 professionals across production, R&D, management and technical fields.

Capacity & Performance

Current annual capacity reaches 6 billion PCS of capacitors, with an annual turnover of approximately 500 million RMB, capable of efficiently meeting diverse domestic and overseas order requirements. Looking ahead, we plan to upgrade our production capacity to include 420 radial lead-type aluminum electrolytic capacitor production lines, 50 polymer solid capacitor production lines, 20 snap-in capacitor production lines, as well as dedicated brushless motor production lines. Upon completion, the annual turnover is expected to reach about 700 million RMB, further accelerating the transformation of technological achievements.
